Hi,
My son is currently studying in India and I would like him to come to the US on H4 visa.
His age is 19 years and he is currently pursuing undergrad course which he has another two years left.
What are the documents/process we need to follow if he has to visit the consulate by himself. Does the parents accompany him to the consulate visit for H4 visa stamping?
Also, can he continue to study in India while being on H4 visa? Or, does he have to forego the visa and study in India?
