impact on amendment on visa transfer case

Hi All,

My H1b visaa transfer petition has been approved for my new employer. however my present employer during my notice period will file a H1b amendment.
Hopefully I wil join my new employer by the time amendment application reaches USCIS
Will this amendment application impact my employment with new employer .

No impact. If you are quitting the employer, then why are they filing the amendment?
