H1b Petition - Father Name change

Hello-
I just got my H1b transfer in premium processing in US. it got approved and received the I-797. In that my father name is mentioned is "Subhashchand" instead of "Subhashchandra". Do I need to get it amend? if So, is it safe to join new company before the amendment is done. I have to join the new company from tomorrow. July 17th.
In my current employer I-797 just Initial of my father name was mentioned. Letter "S" which is fine.

Fathers name in I797 ?

Father Name

Yes. My Full Name is Patel, Rahul Subhaschandra. Where Patel is my last name, Rahul is my first name and Subhashchandra is my father's name.
But in I-797 it is mentioned as Patel, Rahul Subhaschand. Letter "ra" is missing.

Is that fine?

In my current company petition it is Patel, Rahul S. (which is fine because S is initial)
