Time capture on H
Hi folks
My H1 ends July 31st 2016 and I am planning to file for EB2 NIW to get extension on h1.I am planning to be out of US for 3 weeks before July 31st.Does that mean that my 6th year will be counted as starting on August 21st,given that I capture that time next year before July 31st?This is obviously very essential for me to know because I have to get my EB2 application in before 6th year starts which would be either July 31st of August 21.Can someone please give more info?
