H1B Stamping Deadline after Approval

Hi Immi-Experts,

I received my H1B (2016 Cap) receipt in May 2015 and am awaiting the Acknowledgement.

However, due to some urgent requirements, I may need to travel to the Netherlands for a tenure of 1 year starting from August 2015.

In this case, how do I go ahead with the H1 Processing as I may be physically absent.

I understand that after stamping, I can wait for as much as 3 years, but is there a deadline for Stamping after getting the Acknowledgement?

There is no deadline. As long as the job still exist at the time when you are ready for stamping (you will need from latest documents from your employer like new offer letter / employment verification letter) and your H1B approval notice hasn't expired, you can go for stamping. Once you have your H1B visa approved, you can travel to U.S using the H1B visa and approval notice to work for your H1B sponsor.
