I have transferred my H1 B from one company to another - need help

I have transferred my H1 B filing from one company to another before VISA stamping. The reason behind transferring was, I didn't get client documents (Project details) from my consultant. I changed consultant and project (company) but used the same filing.
I have visa date coming up in 10 days. ( with another client )
1) Will there be a major problem because of the transfer?
2) What kind of visa questions that can a raise in this case? (please guide me answering those)

Did your new employer file a H1B transfer and did that get approved? Do you have an approval notice from your new employer? What do you mean when you say

Yes, the H1 transfer from my new employer is approved. Yes, I do have an approval notice from new employer.
I mean I used the same H1 B petition which was filed by previous employer.

Can you be more specific? You used the same H1B petition which was filed by your previous employer for what?
Are you saying that you schedule your H1B visa interview using your previous employer's petition? Or you used your previous employer's H1B petition to file the transfer to new employer.
