H1B 221(g) at Chennai Consulate
Hi, Received a 221(g) at Chennai consulate. The following questions were asked
Why do you want to go to US?
2. For Which company you are going?
3. What is the nature of the project you will be doing?
4. Show me your MCA certificate and marklist.
5. When did you get married ?
6. Show me your Marriage certificate and Birth certificate
7. Do you have any letter from employer showing the details pertaining to the specific project you are going to work?
8. What will be your role in the organisation ?
The VO requested the following information be provided.
1. A signed letter from the beneficiary's prospective supervisor at the end client location to which he/she will be assigned, stating the client's intention to make use of the beneficiary's services and explaining the nature and duration of the project to which he/she will be assigned.
2. A detailed and specific description of the internal development project, timeline, current status, number of employees assigned to it, location of the worksite, and marketing analysis for the final product.
3. A complete itinerary of services or engagements specifying the dates of each service or engagement, the names and addresses of agent, the names and addresses of the actual employers, and the names and addresses of the establishment, venues, or locations where the services will be performed.
I have following questions:
Has anyone really provided this information?
What is the most acceptable format?
Is there a sample that I can reference?
How exhaustive is this document expected?
What is the best way to respond to this?. In person or drop box?
