I am a Polish Intern (j1 visa since May 2005, exp. Nov 2006).
I quit from my Internship job and found another employer. It is a great opportunity and I will try to extend/change my visa status to H1B.
How does it work?
Where would I have to go for the interview? Would I have to go back to Poland?
Do I have any chance?
When should I put the application?
Can I do it by myself or do I need an attorney?
