I was in US for two and half years. Got stuck in India during H1b stamping. Embassy called the wrong department for verification.
Now after five years again went for new H1b stamping through same company. Initially approved the stamping but called for re interview. VO only asked the reason for previous denial and took all the documents such as I 797, passport, I 129 and said they have to do some verification. Please guide on the expected outcome.
