transfer of husband's H4

hi,
my husband recently changed jobs and as a result his H1 along with my H4 was transferred.It was also extended for another 3 years. we have not stamped the new visa yet.I(alone) am planning to go to india this summer.My question is whether i will be reqd to apply for an appointment with the counsulate for my new h4 stamping? can my h4 visa be stamped without first my husband's visa stamping? if yes what papers do i need to carry?

while in usa i also pursued and successfully completed the CPA certification and am in a process of job hunting. do i have to declare or disclose anything related to this?

Hi ,

You have to carry H1 b petition ,that is I-797 original, letter from ur husbands employer ( stated salary stuff), marraige photo album. If possible try to have ur last tax return.
