Change of employer, do I qualify for Interview Waiver Program

Hi,

I am on H1B since Nov 2009. My second H1B expires in Oct 2015, but in Feb 2015 I joined a new employer in the same city. I am going to India in Aug 2015.
I am wondering

1- whether I can/should go for H1B stamping since it still has two more months to expire.
2- if I qualify for interview waiver program (dropbox) since I left the employer
3- I am also getting married during the same time (probably ). In that case, can I go for a combined interview with my wife or does she have to go separate since I probably qualify for interview waiver program (dropbox)

Please advise.

If your existing H1B visa in the passport is still valid, then you can use that to travel back. If you decide to go for stamping, then both you and your spouse can go together. Check the below link to see if you qualify for interview waiver.
