H1b Visa approved by Visa Officer hyd but status showing Administrative processing

I am working as a Full time employee in a US company went for my first H1 stamping on July 24th in hyderabad. Visa officer interviewed me for 5-10 mins and said that my visa is approved but when I checkd the status of my visa, its showing administrative processing. My visa interview was on 24th and fingerprint schedule was on 22nd but the case status showing the case created on 23rd and updated on 24th. My 1 month vacation period has been ended and I have to go back to US in 1st week of August. I was not given any paper/forms to fill and VO didnt ask any documents.

Please let me know if any one had the same situation and whats their status
