I Started working in US from Jan 2015, now I have to apply for Dependent visa for my Kid and Wife in Hyd.

What are the documents need to be carried out?

I don't have the Tax returns yet. Does it necessary to submit Tax returns while the VISA interview?

Not necessary. Your dependents only need your petition approval notice.

Other documents as evidence that your getting paid may be asked at the discretion of the consular officer. They will ask for them if they have suspicion that you are not getting paid. Your dependents can provide other evidence such as paysubs and bank statements.
