H1B-Amendment

Hi,

I just need an information, I got my H1B which is valid from 01st Oct 2015, since I changed the client but working for the same company, I need to initiate the amendment, Can i initiate the amendment immediately or i need to wait till 01st Oct 2015 ?

Your employer has to file the amendment before you begin working at the new work location.
