I Need help please I am in india and my wife is also in india i hold an h1b i got h4 dependent visa for here. Due certain reason we are going for the divorce.
Right know my question is how to cancel here h4 visa please let me know the procedure?
whether she can create any probelm to my h1b because of this divorce ?

>>> You cannot cancel her H4 visa. However, she cannot travel to U.S without your I-797. Basically she will not be able to use that H4 visa even though it is valid (Unless she marries someone who is on a valid H1B).
