H1 Transfer

Hi All,

Currently I have got offer from Company A and its last date of offer acceptance is 11-Aug-2015. At the same time I have got confirmation from an another company B but did not received offer letter yet, mostly I will receive it on 11-Aug or 12-Aug.

As I am close to accept date, I am thinking to say Yes to company A as its last day is tomorrow just to be in safer side incase B did not give offer letter.

Also I am fearing if B gave offer and both will start H1B transfer as I am not sure what will happen then. Please suggest, I need help here.

Both can file their own petitions for you. They are independent. You can choose either one or even remain with your current employer, irrespective of the new employer's petitions.

But there is significant cost involved for them. So, if you want to keep good relationships and save them some money, accept one offer and join that employer. At least let the other employer know immediately when you decide not to join them.
