H1B Dropbox eligibility

Hi,

My H1B is getting expired on Sep 30th 2015 and I am traveling to India this month for getting a new H1B stamp. I have changed job last year and so my new I-797 is from the new company. Would I still be eligible for the interview waiver dropbox program, if my petitioner has changed ? I don't see this requirement in here http://ustraveldocs.com/in/in-niv-visarenew.asp , so I am confused.

Yes, there used to be the requirement that old Visa be obtained for the same petitioner, but that is no longer the case.
