h4 visa rejected under 214(b)..how to reapply and proceed?

My wife got rejected for h4 visa under 214(b) act. She didn't tell about her previous marriage and the VO later found out that she is lying. I am thinking to reapply for her visa since she had legally got divorced and we had done court marriage. Could you please suggest how to proceed with reapply? and what are the chances of getting the visa?

Misrepresentation is serious. Was the DS-160 form filled truthfully? Were there errors in the form? Is there any reason she can claim why she did not answer truthfully?

yes, the form was filled correctly. The reason for not telling about the previous marriage is that she had gone through mental trauma and don't want to remember those days.
