    Hi,
Unfortunately, the training is considered a part of your curriculum of B.Tech. Gain one more year experience and apply for H1B in the relevant line next year.

      Hi

If you do not have a four yrs degree then you require 3 yrs of exp, since you have B.Tech which is 4 yrs degree ,it should not be a problem

            Go Ahead !!!

            hi,
If you have 4 yrs degree and 2 years of experience is more than enough....so go head with actual work experience ...
            all the best..

            Thanks

                Hi,
A lot will also depend on your US Sponsor and the kind of job you are going to be doing for him for the H1B Visa Issuance. There have of course been cases where H1B Visa has been approved for those with only 2 years experience, but they should have the backing of a very well reputed university degree and/or a top US sponsor. H1B is a visa for skilled workers in the chosen area. So it depends a lot on how you are going to prove these skills.
