urgent-Please help - How many LCA needed when working from Home on H1B visa?
Hi,
I am submitting document to my New employer for H1B transfer in USA- Following are few quries have for the LCA and Employement- My New employement will be working from home,
1. In that case how the residence address and work sitec address should be mentioned in LCA?
2. New Employer is filing the LCA on their office address- which is around 150 miles from current residence address , In that case should we be fling another LCA showing my Residence address?
3. In offer Letter, its mentioned that its an exempt position - What I know about this means is I will not get over paid for any extra hours of office work.
"Exempt positions are excluded from minimum wage, overtime regulations, and other rights and protections afforded nonexempt workers " is there anything to be know about this?
