Dear Experts,
I have a couple of questions regarding my H1 transfer from my current employer A to future employer B:
1) The wage level mentioned in the new lca (Emp B) is 2 while it is 3 in my current lca (Emp A), will this affect my case.
2) The salary offered to me is 40% over the prevailing wage for the new position( this is mainly due to the niche skill set), would this be deterrent to my case in any way, (though logically/legally, I don't think it should be)
