Can i appear for visa stamping if i donot have new amended petition???

Hi,
I have applied for visa amendment for a new client and a new location. My petition amendment has been approved but i donot have the new amended petition or approval receipt yet.

However, i have the notice receipt, i129 filed with USCIS and new certified LCA.
Also, i have the old approved petition as well.

Can i undergo visa stamping process with new certified LCA??

Really in need of an answer. Thanks for the help in advance.

Nope. You will need the amended petition's approval notice to appear for the visa interview. If the VO figures out that you work location is different from your current approval notice, then you may receive a 221g.
