Hi Everyone.
My H1B visa got denied 6 months back and i returned to india then. Now i got a new job here in India. I would like to get clarified on few of the things before i resign from my current company.
1. What are the chances of approval if my visa is filed in regular process? I had this doubt since my extension got denied.
2. Can any other employer file non cap H1B for me after 1 year, if I am working with any other company (Not my current company)
3. Is there any chance that My current employer can ask me to return i747 if I am leaving the company?
4. What are the documents that my new sponser needs to file for CAP exempt H1B visa?
