Approved H1 case - Employer not ready now

Hi All,

I am working in MNC in India and I tried to apply H1 through some consultancy in US. My H1 case is approved under premium processing long back, but employer is not ready to give the documents. He is not responding.

He says he cant send the documents due to some issue which he is not letting me know.

Let me know how to processed, Is there any way to get documents from other source? Or any transfer possible?

If the employer does not want you to join them, you cannot do anything about it.
