H1-B Visa Reentry after year sabbatical

Dear Friends,

Thank you in advance for your help.

I worked in US for 4 years starting 2010 and my visa (as on passport) is valid until 2016. In 2014, I quit my job to go back to India for personal reasons for one year.

Can I start working in US with same visa ?
Is the visa transferable to new employer if the employer is ready to sponsor my Visa?
