Approved i129 form request from consulate

Hi

Hope are going good.

I have been asked
"Approved I-129 (the form he received back from DHS), " please find the
below email.
By the consulate

Does this mean i1797 approval notice or its some different form which
employer gets from USCIS.

I-129 is the petition filed by your employer to sponsor your H1B. I-797 is the approval notice sent by USCIS based on the petition filed. Employer can give you a copy of the form I-129 and a copy of the LCA filed with DOL. These are required while attending the H1B visa interview. Get them from your employer.
