Tourist Visa to Canada for myself and my spouse

Hello,

I am on H1B in US from past 1 year and my wife is on H4. I wish to apply for canada tourist visa for myself and my wife to see niagara falls from Canada side. Can anyone help me to get info regarding getting tourist visa for my wife from US? Can i file visa jointly for me and my wife or do I need to submit different IMM5257E for her?
