Duplicate I 797 Request through *.com

Hi All,

I am currently from INDIA. My H1B was approved on Oct 2011 and visited US in 2011-12.

Unfortunately I lost my I 797 and want to request for a duplicate copy of I 797.

I come to know that It can be done by filing I 824 online through some portal and have to pay some amount for it.

Could you please help me how can I do it?

Only your employer can request a duplicate copy of form I-797 because form I-797 is employer's document. USCIS won't send it to you.
