Labor approval with two emplyers

My employer had applied labor for me in two companies on Jan 2015. One of them got approved and the other got RFE.

Now my employer is saying that he needs to run payslips from Jan 2015 till Aug 2015.

And since there is a difference in the pay per annum, I need to payback the taxes to IRS.

Is this needed?
