H1 Ammendment

Hi,

I have moved from Los Angeles CA to San Francisco CA in last year ie Sep 2014.
Do i have to file H1 Ammendment for that ? Or i should file H1 Ammendment only for next location change.

You should have filed the H1B amendment prior to moving to SFO. If there is a site visit by USCIS, they will revoke your H1B. Ask your employer to file the amendment asap.
