I am trying to submit DS-160 for my son and bit confused on couple of questions. Could you please help me to get some information.
My family is travelling in September 26, 2015 and I will be travelling in November end. We all are planning to go for stamping in December 2015. Dependents (Spouse/Son) visa is getting expired in September 30, 2015. They will be in India till end of December.
On my son DS-160 what to mention for
1. Is your father in US? - Yes because I am working here or No as at the time of Visa interview I will be in India
2. Is your mother in US? - No, as her visa will be expiring in Sept 30,2015 and she can not be considered as Non-Immigrant status.
