Premium processing - more difficult?

I received an RFE and my lawyer told me that we should not upgrade to Premium processing because the chances of denial are greater.

Does it make sense?

No. As long as you can provide the documents requested in the RFE, it doesn't matter whether you upgrade the case to premium or not.
