In Sep 2014 i got my H1B visa ,got stamped from one of the caribbean country. Nov 2014 i returned back to india (home country). On Jan 2015, i missed all my whole documents ( certificates,mark sheets,I797,etc) including my passport with h1b visa stamp. I have only scanned copies of those document now.
I complained local police station and FIR registered recently.
Now, should i need to get new I797 document or should i need use the scanned copy of the old one for re-stamping?
Do i need to get any specific document for restamping in chennai -pls guide me to restamping
