H1B Transfer - not coosing to join the new employer

I am with company A, in H1B. I got an offer from B and they started H1B transfer .Transfer is pending RFE. I have a notice period of 1 month and I haven't resigned from A. Is it mandatory that I should join B immediately after transfer is approved or do I have the choice to work with my current employer?

You have the option to stay with the current employer. If you join B, then you cannot come back to A without filing a transfer.
