Urgent H1B transfer suggestion
Hello friends,
Recently i have transferred my H1B to employer B from employer A and got approved.
My last working day with employer A on 28th Aug 2015.
Start date with employer B is from 31th Aug 2015.
I am not sure whether employer A had revoked my H1B or not.
Today i got an offer from employer C which was in discusion since 1 month onwards.
Now my question is
Whether employer C able to do my H1B transfer with below options
I797A of employer A+ 2 paystubs.
Or
Approved reciept of employer B+ 2 pay stubs of employer A.
