I have H1 with my previous company(A) and it is valid until September,2015.As I never travel to USA until Jan,2015 So, I have transferred my visa in non-quota in Febraury,2015 to company(B). I got I797B after few months. Then, I came to USA in June,2015 on my existing visa which is from company(A). But, I am working with company(B) from the past 2 months in USA. Now, Do I need to go back to take visa as my visa is going to expire in this month. If So, Can I take my payslips which is from company(B) to attend visa interview in India now. Please suggest.
