  • In US working for company A, moving to company B in the future, unable to fill DS 160

I am currently working for company A in the US. My visa expires on Aug. 31, 2015. I have received my approval notice for company B and will be starting with them in mid-September.

I might be required to travel soon and was trying to get a date for visa stamping.

However, as my interview date will be after I have joined company B, I want to list them as my current employer. However, when I try to enter company A (my existing company) under "Previous Employment", it does not let me enter an end date in the future (mid -Sept).

    Any workaround to this?

There is no work around. You will need to fill the DS160 after you join Company B. The system doesn't allow you to enter future employment end date.
