H1b extension premium processing

Hi,
My sponsor has filed my H1B extension in normal process. I want to convert it to premium. But my sponsor is not ready to do that. Can do it by myself. If yes, what is the process to convert it?

It is not your petition. It is your employer's petition that is filed on your behalf. Only they can convert it to premium.
