taking h4 appointment before marriage..urgent..plz help
Dear All:
I will be marrying my fiancee in april.
We would like to take the appointment for her H4, for about a week after marriage, so that she can come back with me.
I have a cuple of urgent questions.
While taking the appointment, it asks about maritial status during the online filing of DS-156.
1.. WHat should she write in that section? Since currently she is not married, but she will be married when she appears for the interview.
2.. Will I be allowed to go with her for the interview or only she will be allowed to go in.
