Hi , Currently i am in US and My employer is filing for my GC .
My maxout date is May-2016 and Visa expires in Jan 2017
Since my employer will be able to file it only by year end (2015) , it will be tricky
to depend on GC PERM /LABOR to come .
Can my employer file for my L1-A , if so can i apply for GC through L1-A .
If they file for L1-A , do i hv to go out and get it stamped .
is there any time frame or gap required between my H1 and filing of L1A
Please advise so that i can plan accordingly
