h1b transfer RFE, again!!!

If the transfer gets denied and if your previous job still exist and if the employer hasn't revoked the petition, then you have the option to leave the country and return back using their petition (You will need a valid H1B visa) and begin working for your previous employer again.

Going back to my previous employer probably not an option. My lawyer responded to the RFE today. They asked to extend the visa to the end day of my 6 year limit. Hopefully USCIS will accept it and approve the petition. In case of denial, I am thinking going back to Canada( I am an Canadian citizen).
