H4 Visa stamping - DS 160 doubt
Hi
I have question on DS 160 form. Actually only My Spouse ( H4 ) will go for US visa
stamping in india . But I checked DS 160 form and under the " Previous U.S Travel "
Section there is one question regarding Immigration file.
Actually My I -140 is approved and she(my spouse) got H4 EAD also. so what is the
answer for my spouse's DS 160
Question is : Has anyone ever filed an immigrant petition on your behalf with the
United States Citizenship and Immigration Services?
yes / no ??? if yes then which petition number we need to give ?
please give me appropriate answer.
