H4 Visa Scheduling

I'm looking for some help for my case:

Here is the back ground story - my friend went to USA in Feb 2015 and his family didn't attend Visa Interview along with him.

Now he is planning to send his family for Visa Interview - however Visa scheduling website showing even his name while paying the Visa Fees.

Later he tried to create new ID for his family but still that ID throwing some errors like - mail ID already in use

So he is unable to schedule Interview for his family.

Any suggestions
