How to withdraw an application with USCIS?

I filed H4 EAD concurrent applications with USCIS and would like to withdraw the applications. How can I do this? Is there a form or do I simply write a letter to the concerned USCIS office? Thank you.

As it turns out, simply sending a letter stating reason for withdrawal, case number, and proof of receipt was sufficient for USCIS to withdraw the application.

I am in the same situation, should I send the withdrawal letter as soon as I get the receipt number in email?
Or send the withdrawal letter after I get the hard copy of receipt notice in mail?
Please advice
