Can I keep my H1B status duration left after leaving US for next time usage?

Currently I hold H1B visa, which is still 4 years left.

In case I quit the job at US and go outside US for several years, and I find a new job at the same domain (IT related) at US several years later, can the new employee transfer my H1B at that time?
i.e. they do not need to apply a new H1B for me, but use my current H1B with cap exemption, i.e. still 4 years can be used, and I can go to work at any time but not after Oct 1?

H1B CAP once secured is valid for 6 years. Within that 6 year period, any employer can use the same CAP to file a H1B petition requesting an immediate start date.
