H1B Extension Stamping in India

Hi Team,

My H1B stamped visa (For former employer A) expired on Mar-2015. I did my H1B transfer to new employer B in Aug-2014 which is going to expire in Feb-2016.
My H1B extension approval notice start from Feb-2016 and end on Jul-2017 for new employer B.

I am planning to go to India in Dec-2015 for stamping so will it create any issue as I am going to India for stamping before my current petition expiry (i.e. Feb-2016 for employer B)? and am I eligible for drop-off as my stamped visa expired within 12 months and applying for same visa?
Also in petitioner section, do I need to give receipt number, start date and end date of my new extension petition(Feb-2016 till Jul-2017) or current petition which is valid till Feb-2016?

>>> New petition. Carry both the petitions when you attend the visa interview. Show both the petitions at the POE when you re-enter. Make sure your I-94 is issued as per the newly extended petition.
