Hope this finds you well.
My h4 visa expires this month. I was to return to usa before expiry but I fell ill and was admitted in the hospital. Now my husbands h1 extension is taking longer than expected (3months are up) and I have to travel urgently to attend a function next month. We both are slated to return to India in a months time since we have a wedding to attend.
I have an unmarked, un damaged b1/b2 visa from earlier. Is it possible for me to travel on that visa if I have my return ticket for a month later proving that I will be going for a short while?
We know premium processing is an option but that will also take a month all in all and we would like to avoid the cost.
Please advice.
