I am on H1b with employer A and my visa/petition expires on Sep 30th. My current company has already filed extension in May however we received RFE and my employer A has responded to RFE last week. Now I have an offer with company B and they will be filing my H1b transfer petition by Oct 1st week in premium processing. But I do have following questions
1) I plan to join employer B after I receive receipt notice but will I be considered out of status if my employer A revokes my extension petition before my transfer is approved. I will continue working for my current employer until I receive receipt notice.
2) Or is it advisable to join company B after I receive H1b transfer approval?
3) What are other issues that I need to be aware of?
