2 petitions for change of status (H4 to H1B) please help!

If there are two H1B applications from different employers filled for 1 person and both are picked in lottery.
When both the petitions is applied for change of status (H4 to H1B), what will happen in this situation? Will it create any problems in processing?

During my change of status process (h4 to h1b) if my spouse (h1b holder) changes employer then

- My h4 along with spouse h1b will be transferred to new employer
- Same time my change of status will be in progress

Will there be any conflict between above two scenario?

Will h4 transfer due to employer change of my spouse (primary h1b holder) make any impact on change of status for h4 holder?
