H1 transfer out of status

Hello all

I got laid off in sep (18th) with company A and my last paycheck was on 18th. Company B filed my h1 transfer petition yesterday 30th sep. i have included my last paycheck from 18th in the file and next paycheck ( if I was employed) would have been tomorrow(2nd October). What are the odds that uscis might ask for new paycheck.
I am little tensed about the gap and being out of status. Can anyone let me know what are the chances of my petition getting approved please?
